We celebrated a family party there. Very friendly, courteous and attentive service. Delicious meal. All guests were delighted. We recommend.

Fortunately, I cannot share the sometimes negative voices about the staff. We have now been to the Rotenhans a few times and were served friendly and attentive every time. The food, especially the burgers (I personally love the diavolo burger with jalapeños!) Are really delicious. With a side dish it is usually too much for me and my wife and I then share one.

I had an iced coffee and it was almost inedible. Totally bitter and not drinkable even with added sugar. Positive, I could have had a new one from the waitress.

Unfortunately not very customer-friendly. I waited more than 5 minutes for a waitress to arrive, before that I was ignored several times (probably because the other waitress was not responsible). When a friendly waitress arrived, I was told that I couldn't order anything anymore, because the acceptance deadline had expired for 5 minutes.

Very nice staff and great coffee crema.

Since it is the only one in Neuhausen, it is OK, there is no good alternative. Just have a drink, okay, but it gets more difficult at the ruehrei ...

Kind and attentive condition, nice to sit on

Nice cafe, nice people. Too little flair for me. However, there are usually some water fountains on the course. That would definitely give the last star!

The meeting point in the heart of Neuhausen. You can sit inside and outside (at least in the warm months). The menu is well thought out and well-rehearsed - good burgers. The service is nice and quick. If there is something to complain about then the one ticking too loud music. Everything else fine.

Pretty long wait. Drink (black currant juice) unfortunately too warm and too little carbonic acid. Probably stood too long until it was served. Operations nevertheless very helpful and friendly. Is probably due to the huge rush on this day (stainfest in Neuhausen), that not everything went well.

So delicious! Great weekly menu, lovely staff and just a great place! Super Location, always happy to return 😊 !! PS: there is great dessert 😋

We have just waited an eternity to order breakfast after having spent 15 minutes looking for something. We left at some point. The poor waitress could not help it. She was alone despite so many breakfast guests and the hack wounded.

The service was friendly and rarely came. The salad for € 9.10 was very unspectacular and didn't taste particularly good. Not according to the price.

Cozy cafe / restaurant. Every 1st Sunday of the month brunch / breakfast buffet until 2 p.m. Very central location in the historic center of Neuhausen. In summer with open air service. When the weather is nice, it is an ideal meeting point for young and old. Particularly recommended: the delicious selection of cakes.

I have eaten here twice now and both times were amazing. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. There is shooting water outside and a nice side grassy area.
